Owen Lewis Design (“we”) is the operator of owen-lewis.com. This notice explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
What We Collect
- Enquiries and briefs. When you send us a design brief or sign up for the management service, we receive the details you enter (name, contact details, company and anything you tell us about your project). These are emailed to us and stored in the site so we can reply to you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and error diagnosis, retained for a limited period.
- No tracking cookies. The site does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or chat widgets.
How We Use It
We use enquiry details to respond to you, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We don’t sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you made) and, for clients, performance of a contract.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us; client records are kept for the life of the contract plus the period required for accounting.
Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
