Do I own the website?
While you’re paying monthly we host and look after it for you. You can buy it outright at any time for 12 × your monthly fee plus £200, and then it’s yours to keep and take anywhere.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security monitoring, WordPress and plugin updates, and support by email. Extra pages or features you add later are priced per item in your proposal.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. The contract simply rolls on month to month, and you can cancel with a month’s notice or buy the site outright.
Can I use my own domain name and email?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain; we point it at the new site. Email stays with your existing provider (or we can recommend one).
How long does it take?
Most rental sites are live within two to three weeks of the concept being approved, provided the content is ready.
Do I have to send a brief before I get a price?
