Do I own the website?
While you’re paying monthly we host and look after it for you. You can buy it outright at any time for 12 × your monthly fee, and then it’s yours to keep and take anywhere.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security monitoring, WordPress and plugin updates, and support by email. Extra pages or features you add later are priced per item in your proposal.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. The contract rolls on month to month, and you can cancel with a month’s notice or buy the site outright.
Can I keep my domain and email?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain; we point it at the new site. Email stays with your existing provider.
Do you work with businesses outside Devon?
Yes. Most of our clients aren’t local. Everything from the brief to the launch happens online, wherever you are in the UK.
